• All Subscription Boxes are shipped around the last week of the month, to arrive by the 1st week of the following month. This way ALL subscription boxes arrive to ALL subscribers the 1st week of the month that the flies were chosen for!

You can Cancel or Pause your subscription at anytime, Excluding commitment subscriptions while commitment period lasts. When a Commitment Subscription Period ends, subscription continues at full price.

If you would like to renew your commitment subscription to keep your discount, just email us! We'd love to "Re-Up" your subscription for you!

• All 'Monthly Paid' subscription payments renew the same day of the month as the initial subscription date.
• All 'Prepaid' subscriptions renew the 1st of the month automatically, and after the chosen Prepaid months have been full-filled, the subscription will automatically switch to 'Monthly Paid-at-Full Price', unless you contact us to Re-up for another Prepaid Commitment period.
• (I.e. If you subscribe on March 1st for 3 month prepaid subscription, your subscription will automatically be fulfilled for 3 months. On the 4th month the subscription will turn to a 'monthly paid-full price subscription' on the 1st of the month, June 1st.) If you do not wish for the subscription to continue you can Pause or Cancel in your customer portal. If you wish to do another 3 Month, 6 Month, 1 Year Prepaid Subscription, just reach out via Email and we can help you with that!
  The day of the month your payment comes out can be changed, just reach out to us and ask!

Subscription Terms & Conditions — The Native Fly Box

These Subscription Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all subscriptions and purchases made through our fly box subscription service (the "Service"). By subscribing or maintaining a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscription Plans

A. Month-to-Month (Full Price)

• Billed monthly at full price.
• Can be paused or canceled anytime before the next billing period.
• Auto-renews monthly unless canceled.

B. Prepaid Subscriptions (New)

• 3-Month Prepaid
• 6-Month Prepaid
• 12-Month (1 Year) Prepaid
• Paid in full at purchase.
• Cannot be canceled or refunded.
• If a customer chooses to cancel early, the remaining unused portion will be issued as store credit only, which has no cash value and is non-transferable.

C. Legacy Commitment Subscriptions

• 3- 6-Month Commitment (10% Off)
• 12-Month Commitment (20% Off)
• Minimum term must be completed.
• Cannot be paused or canceled during the commitment.
• After the commitment ends, subscriptions automatically switch to full-price monthly unless the subscriber contacts us to renew a new commitment term.

2. Billing & Auto-Renewal

• By subscribing, you authorize automatic charges to your payment method each billing period.
• Failed payments do not remove your obligation to complete any commitment or prepaid term.
• Prepaid subscriptions automatically renew, on the same day of the month as the initial subscription was made. (I.e. a 3 Month Prepaid subscription purchased January 5th, would renew on April 5th)

3. Pausing & Canceling

• Month-to-month subscriptions can be paused or canceled at any time before the next billing.
• Prepaid subscriptions (3, 6, 12 months) cannot be canceled for a refund. Early cancellation converts remaining unused months into store credit.
• Legacy commitment plans cannot be paused or canceled until the full term is completed. Early cancellation may convert remaining months into store credit at the discounted monthly rate.

4. Early Termination & Discount Recapture

• For legacy discounted commitment subscribers:If you revoke payment, dispute a charge, or fail to complete your term, discounted pricing becomes invalid.Unpaid balances may be invoiced to reflect the difference between the discounted rate paid and the full month-to-month price for each month fulfilled.Unpaid balances may be sent to collections.
• For new prepaid subscriptions, early termination only results in store credit; no retroactive billing occurs.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Monthly shipping times may vary due to supply deliveries, vendor restocking, or seasonal delays.
• Shipping dates are estimates and may vary month to month.
• We are not responsible for carrier delays or missed shipments due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6. Refunds & Returns

• Subscription boxes are non-refundable once shipped.
• Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
• Store credit may only be used toward future purchases and is non-transferable.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• Contact us first for any billing issues.
• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:Suspension of serviceApplication of the Discount Recapture clauseCollection action

8. Modifications to the Service

• We may modify subscription contents, frequency, or structure.
• Item substitutions of equal or greater value may occur.
• Changes do not constitute grounds for refunds.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the most recent subscription term.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the business operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. Continued subscription indicates acceptance.

• How do I access/cancel my subscription?

You can access your subscription portal through the link you received via the email address you subscribed with. If you are a monthly subscriber, you also receive this link each month when you are emailed 7 Days prior to being charged. Also, if you need, we can send you your link, feel free to email us, with the name and email your subscription is under, and ask!

• Why hasn't my box shipped yet?

We ship all subscription boxes around the same time, usually beginning around the 20th of each month, but that day does vary a little each month depending on our supply deliveries and demand. This is because we pick the flies and gear to match the season, not just random flies.
